I was kind enough to draw up a graph
as you can see a level 10 has just about the same hp as a level 11 ,12, and 13 maybe even 14 and 15 depending on the level 10's constitution.
why is this a bad thing? because it takes 3 seconds to get to level 10 as you can see by this handy pie graph
just thought id point out the corrupted system yet again =P
