Have different races together.
Dwarves
Elves
Gnomes
Halflings
Then you have one leader of each of the 4 races.
Then the forest leader (you?) has some powerstone thing that keeps them all living in harmony.
You could split it up into things like Dark Elf, Forest Elf and so on but then there would be too many groups for the amount of members. |
