What the heck does huge spells have to do with it? it's no worse than swinging a sword or setting a gani. that sort of thing is all clientside.
and there aren't exactly ton's of poeope playing.
I used to play EverQuest and I never lagged nearly as bad as I do on graal. EQ has thousands of players.
