Sweet nelly.
Well, first, you have to create the world. Make all the levels, the graphics, etc. etc. Then, submit it to one of the PWA folks. (Player World Administration) Then, three of them review it to see if it's worthy to get put up, and ba-boom.
I must say, your graphics are EXCEPTIONAL. I love the cartoony style. |
