The problem with many managers is that they personally have no talents whatsoever. They just round up other people to do all their work for them and thus have no love or appreciation for the server, when you make it yourself you are VERY dedicated to it, when it's something that you yourself have not contributed you just tend to not care whatsoever. Just my opinion - King Arthur. |
