Yeah, Police can prevent scamming, and correct it, believe it or not. I helped many police do it a handful of times.

4) People do the stuff I did 10x more and they ruin the economics of the server. When caught they lie, cheat, scam, etc to get out of their punishment. When banned they SOMEHOW return the next week. I tell the admins and they say that another admin unbanned him. Let us use an example.

Scamming is in no way similar to using another executable file or bug to advance your own personal gameplay or harm others'. So, you're in **** for:
1.) Bug abuse (game being open to that type of trainer was a bug. you abused it.)
2.) Using an outside program to edit your gameplay. (using a trainer.)
