To take without permission IS stealing , you can candy coat it anyway you want to but it comes down to the same thing.BTW I would do the same to my children if they did that.That is NOT like stealing cookies from a cookie jar, you guys don't seem to understand something , his mother is responsible for his actions , if he had had a wreck and killed someone , who will be held responsible? Who would be sued and could lose everything they own? His Mother and Father if it applies , this is not something to be taken lightly and you guys condeming his mother need to think about that....
