Basically the combining of several ingrediants to make more nuitrishous and compact foods. There could be a cook hall on every kingdom island that has make pots that act basicly like anvils do for blacksmithing.

You can go up to a pot grab it to see the food items you can produce. If you have the right ingrediants you can make the item. The advantage: more +food than the total sum of +food for all the ingrediants, less weight than all ingrediants put together. The disadvantage: requires a cook to make. Also perhaps sauces that are made of ingrediants and used as ingrediants themselves in making even better foods.

1 Flour +10, +1 Sauce +125=Spagetti +425 (explanation: flour can easily be turned into bread +250)

2 Mint Sprigs +5, Meat +200, Sauce +125=Flavoured Meatballs +475

2 Mushrooms +55=Sauce +125
