Hmm, yes that is a problem... I wouldn't like to lose my levels to someone randomly knocking snowstorms in dungeons (I'm aware they are weak, I may be damaged from a monster in said dungeon) How about we keep /peaceful until the game is well balanced? To give those thiefs a chance...
