No it's not -72, it's about -103.
I have 5 WC, if I get my hands on another RoF I will have 3 WC. You really don't need any lower WC then that to hit things successfully. I do not think weapons should give WC, you have to work for your stuff, I am level 9 physique so that's +9 WC right there, if you start with 20 str, that's another extra +1 WC. With 3 WC I would probably hit all the time and miss 1 out of 20 times. |
