I think it would be good if Stefan/unixmad hired someone who works in their office with them that is on a lot and can do head GM things. That way if an NPC server shuts down, or servers are having problems, the head GM can fix it.

That would be good, in theory... except nobody they hire is going to know jack diddly about Graal.
Sure they would be directly in the office with Stefan/Unix, but the person would probably have never played Graal in their life.
