Fortunately, even though I can write, the writing to gain mental exp cannot be abused, because usually after 500 mental exp of writing, the scroll fills up, and you cannot write in it anymore. Usually new blank scroll (if you can find them) cost about 10 plat, so I think that it's a sacrifice that's worth it.

This opens up totally new opportunities, including making libraries with real histories of kingdoms, battle reports, and sending messages which are rallied by scouts on the battlefield (even though warpto may be more convenient)
