Bows?/Crossbows

Shouldn't they be better? And more powerful? The longbow invented by the welsh could kill a fully armoured knight with one shot! Now im not saying that it should be that powerful, but could kill in say 4 or 5 shots. i mean, it really takes the fun outta bein an archer |
