Owners would be biased, thus no good. I also think that they should not be allowed to be staff on any server to prevent bias. And they should receive NO abilities (rc's or anything) this would ensure that people are doing it for the JOB not the rc as is so common these days (and before you start calling me corrupt and stuff notice I have NOTHING.
