Numbers 1 and 2 are great ideas!
WE NEED THOSE!
liek if a person walks on, it brings up a message at the bottom right that says:
New Crew Member - Please declare Rank
and the captian says like
/crew list - Views list of current people on.
/crew edit - Allows the captian to edit within choiced from:
Second Captian. Guest. Navigator. Gunner. and simple stuff like that. It would organize boats a bit better, and make it so that people cant/wont run off with boats
/dropladder - Lowers ladder.
either that or there is an img of a ladder, and only a crew member ((not a Guest, or an unranked)) can lower it.
