Unfortunatly there are no staff accounts anymore, and they could simply add your account to their buddies/ignore list, and then you'd still be excluded from the mass PM.
I think it would be a good idea.
And of course it would not hurt the privacy, since only mass messages would be readable by the RCs.
But maybe it would still be nice, if even simple PMs and toalls would be archived somewhere, to have a prove if somebody claims to have been insulted heavily. Of course only the head GP or the Server Manager should be able to view the archives.
If you really have a 'secret' message, you shouldn't use Graal PMs anyway...I don't think there is any security. Download PGP and use e-mails.
