Ring of Alchemistry?

What about rings being able to give you skills that are in effect as long as the ring is worn. That would be cool since there could also be rare rings which have skills not availivble in scrolls. Or more themed rings like the ring of fire. You could have a Adventuror's Ring +30 magic Resistance Enabled: Scaling or a Ring Of Stealth +30 Poison Resistance Enabled: Concealment |
