I've tried doing that. I don't know if it's something with WinXP, but the filenames for cookies are "Cookie:blahblahblah.txt"
Now, when I copy and move anything with the "Cookie:" in the filename, it disappears, therefore rendering the file useless as a cookie.
I've tried renaming it, but it won't accept the "Cookie:" part of the filename. And lastly, I can't seem to copy anything into the Temporary Internet Files directory, whether it be dragging and dropping, or copying and pasting.
