I will explain about Hotgirl and Destiny... They both have RC to help players with accounts problems, level stuck, getting reseted and things like that, so the staff don't have to bother with this kind of things.... They didn't get RC because they paid p2p account to me
And, Maloria was bad when it first came out, it only had 100+ people because it was new, and Graal hadn't gotten anything new since Babylon... That's why...
Now, Maloria is great! Great quests, events and things to DO... Different from some other servers...
