The only way you could rate a server and have a review count for everything is if you've played the server and done everything there is to do on it. If you log on a server and go omi these levls suck 1/10 then the review has no validity. If you're going to rate a server you should rate it on what type of server it is. PK/RP/Adventure what ever. Then see how the server meets those needs. Does it provide ample places and ways of pking. Does it have many things that help support or encourage RPing. Does it have many quests and other things that can keep you entertained for hours on end. Otherwise any other rating is moot since it is based on your opinion when A. you havnt seen everything and B. Its just something you're not into. Such as a Pker would think an RP server sucks. and vice versa Etc... etc...
