Uh, I should know...I reached it. I used a bug that reported to Er1c before he fixed it and I was just fooling around...
I restarted on my own when i reached level 10.
I was level 7 when they reset me again apparently for "bug abuse" of the bug I reported. -_-

Oh, to clear that up, I'm currently level 1 again.

Anyway, it takes 525,000 EXP for level 10 and 900,000 EXP for level 11.

You can always ask Er1c if you don't believe me. He's level 10 for the same reason i was reset.
