Ok here it is. It isnt the best, its just got the parts from the 1.28 tileset that I like, another part of graal that has changed over time that I am simply putting back into Norin.
There were some parts from the origional Zelda Online tileset I wanted to add, but I would have to enlarge them which didnt look good and I didnt want to get in trouble for copyright. I also have the sprites.png that goes with it and the state.png that came with 1.28 with some small additions to make it functionable in todays world!
