Anyways, what I think the person who was talking about banning hackers is actually opening up the local ban info and banning, not warping to the ban.graal level. But according to the n-pulse rules, Ban.graal basically is just like getting your local ban info set, so I don't know. Also, trainer's are not illegal on graal, because the privacy policy does not list anything about third-party programs I believe. I may have read it wrong, but who knows.[/COLOR]

Actually it is illegal or you wouldnt get banned.
Stefan has said numerous times on the boards it is illegal and it does state some where that no 3rd party programs.
