Stage 1-3, there's a platform there you can crouch through, giving a warp whistle when you walk through the end of the stage (You'll disappear behind the scenery).
Stage 1-Fortress, after crossing the lava pit, fly up the ceiling there, then keep going to the right, until you stop then press up.
Stage 2-Map, Upper Right corner, you can go there by using a hammer, there's a hammer brother there who gives you a warp whistle when defeated.
Do I get a prize now?
