When Pirate Crew was aded it was called a sub-kingdom and should be today. It is pretty much the same as Karakaze just the pirate theme )
I consider it a sub-kingdom from that time to now, and I try to keep it like a sub-kingdom, which would be up of limited numbers and no big fancy castles
