- The kingdom leader messages the 4-5 members of that kingdom saying "Hi there, I'm going to wipe your Kingdom off 2k1, do you mind?"

- The kingdom leader pulls some dipshit move and blows up the kingdom the same day the person asked him to.

Real brains there. The only way roleplaying can be done is if everything was made to be dynamic. Meaning the players could destroy a kingdom castle without the aid of any kindom leader. This might seem outrageous, but if it took a lot of effort to ruin a kingdom's castle or something, it wouldn't be bad. Perhaps the kingdom could have walls surrounding their castle, the walls can be destroyed. This means the kingdom needs to build good defenses so that they aren't destroyed when noone in their kingdom is online.

Kingdom leaders should only be used for adding new things, fixing things, etc. Not blowing up kingdoms and basically forcing everyone to comply to what they want to roleplay as. (like some sort of gamemaster) I think it's ridiculous.
i must agree with you...

for all who wish to be stupid and not participate in role-playing kingdoms can be put on an island and just sit there...
