I'm not a reviewer, so you don't see much of what I do, I spend more time dealing with the managers directly. Unfortinately, I've had my position for over 4 weeks now and still not RC, so it takes me a while to get simple things accomplished. I DO try to do what I can though, and just because you don't see something, doesn't mean it's not there
