I know exactly how the system works. People who kiss stefan's ass get put in high positions. People who ever say they disagree with anything he does are fired on the spot. I swear stefan is nothing but a power freak. Ask him nicely, you say? Why the hell should anyone do that? It has no effect. HE likes them so therefore despite the fact that NO ONE ELSE DOES they will stay. This is what makes people leave , and is a prime example of flat out ignorant people in powerful positions.

Well, if you do ask him nicely and politely, he does and will do what you want if it's within the boundaries of what he's willing to do.
