Sometimes Simpler IS better. Straight to the point. Some people like number 1 because it looks like it took a lot more time. Simpler is often better, but the black one will stand out alot more therefor getting more attention towards the server
When I clicked on this topic I scrolled down a little and didn't even notice the white sig at first because I instantly looked at the black one
