Actually, I was just commenting on speed in general. Because bomies' legs are so short, it takes them 4-5 steps to cover the same distance a human could with a single step. Moving diagonally didn't factor into that image. In fact, they logically have the same range of moton humans do.
[Edit] And by travelling diagonally you would cover about 70% of the distance you would move if you were travelling directly, say east. Look at a sine table for proof. |
