In my mind, there are two forms of power abuse:
(1) Induction of misery through means not available to commoners.
(2) Imbalancing the Graalian economy.
This could possibly be a class one abuse, however, changing your name/head/hat doesn't really constitute misery. Having your account reset for no good reason, on the other hand, would be a case of abuse.
As an example, economic imbalancing would be giving away gralats obtained through RC, AdminNPC, or NPCs intended to cause such imbalance. |
