Houdini still comes up to me and says "are you that same corrupt police that jailed me for swearing at you even after warnings, then unjailed me with 4 Karakaze in the admin house?" I don't understand how 4 Karakaze were in the admin house when the only Karakaze on was Marle, who was away.
