Well, here in the states, you can get anything at any age, if you've got the money for it.
I'm only 16, i coulda got drunk yesterday...but didnt, cause getting drunk sucks...hangovers suck. That's why hard alcohol should be illegal, completely illegal. There should be nothing stronger than a nice red whine
