My friend through a bottle full of water at a car with this big tough looking guy inside listening to rap music... but, unexpectedly, the guy pulled the car over and got out and started walking to my friend... he was so freakin' scared!
So, when he came up, my friend pretended to be mentally challenged! It was so funny!
