Yea, I was referring to this post Stefan made.
"Most Graal servers have been moved during the last 2 weeks to USA. Graal computer network is now connected to 4 Internet backbones (Time Warner, Verio, Savvis, Eli, Cogent). It will improve a lot the network speed of graal for American players, for European and Asian players we are preparing dedicated servers that will be linked to American servers." |
