I agree with Nemesis . No offense to all of you but if everyone did their job then servers would be successful WTF is up with all these other servers 2-0 people on all day , there is no point in having them up to lag everyone else. And if they had Staff that would do the jobs they are appointed to do then it would work better. That is the point of Owners and Co-owners or Admin's. To make sure everyone is doing their job but if they are the ones making the levels that destroy's the point of having Lat's and You are given a job because before you were hired to convinced the hiring person that you are the best why would should you be promoted if you are doing your job just fine? I don't want to piss anyone off but this is how I see things
