They have about 20 (max) npcs?
They all seem to be under 32 x 32.
All they do is...
Open some graphics software.
Resize any images that are more than 32 x 32.
Center the image in a 32 x 32 box.
Press the save button.
Drag into RC file manager.
Wait.
Altogether it should take 15 seconds max to do each image.
Thats 4 in a minute.
Thats 5 minutes.
Then 1 minute uploading them for a total of 6 minutes.
Easy and quick.

As for the inventory screen.
Its a good idea but the graphics could be changed to look a but nicer. Also a description of each object would be nice.
