Well, as I said, the problems will be solved... We are changing the tileset, improving it ASAP, oh and about the other bugs you comented are already fixed...
About the staff thing, I'm going to re-make the whole staff, I will fire many people, and hire many too, but only experienced ones... Not like the newbies that my Admins have been hiring (I know they did, don't blame me for it )
