IpBanning in window instead of TXT file

Well, There is three options:
->Banned
->Local IP Banned
->Global IP Banned (Cannot be selected if you aren't a Global Staff)
You can also edit the range that it will ban, such as when you open the ban, it would show everything, but would incluid a bar with the IP Range, like 25.50.75.100
You can make 1-3 of the ranges a *. This will prevent someone going into ipbanned.txt and adding *.*.*.* |
