James: Actually what he did say, did make sense. Since they are
LEGAL and
FREEWARE they should be allowed to be talked about. ROMs on the other hand have to be deleted within 24 hours if you don't own the actual cartridge. Also, there are free ROMs that you don't have to delete within 24 hours, but, they are usually games not made by a company.
