Roms, Emulators, mp3s, and media type things like that ARE NOT ILLEGAL. AS LONG AS YOU OWN AN ORIGINAL COPY OF IT AND YOUR SIMPLE MAKING A BACK UP IT IS OK TO HAVE IT !!!
