I honestly think that within each playerworld, they should be like a family. People who can work closely with eachother without much concern for power or who is higher than who. Most of all, to have fun as you work. Maybe I'm just blind...but I don't see this "family connectivity" much.
We can't be keeping our family in the dark about everything, making crucial decisions on the curb... I know this sounds stupid, so I'll shut up now.
