That is what his job is according to what I found out. Regardless he will still be doing his job, and be the leader of his team. That doesn't change.

So let me see. Psyker is now psychic and can tell the script of a NPC my saying "give me script <namehere>" ?????????????
You need to have RC to see if any NPCs are illegal if they have (npcserver).
