I just created the Providence ipbanned.txt yesterday; unless you are either Lycia or one of T3CK's many aliases, you oughtn't be ip banned from Providence (it'd be like one in ten million if you actually picked up one of those IPs). Obviously you were accidentally caught in someone else's global ip ban. |
