Take a country. The leader of the country in a sense owns the country, but still has an obligation to the citizens, and the work they do will get what the need.
Stefan is the leader. I work hard on what I do, and I get nothing from it, and it seems Stefan doesn't care about the ammount of work, and the ammount of rejection my work seems to get from him.
