Actually it doesnt matter who hits it first. It matters who hits it last.
Also Last time I was there they werent every where. There was over 20 people in a small area where the rocks werent that common. Unless they changed it. Which is why I suggested making a massive cave system like on g2k1 and just add the tag owner. That would solve all the problems.
