Most staff are staff because they want to be popular and want to be in, as you say, the "limelight". Some staff actually listen to players and are "fair", like me.

Both!

The advantages, by far.

Kharlia/Valikorlia, duh! Best atmosphere EVER, even in the dark p2p days. Well, now it sucks, but back then it was awesome.
10) you've finaly quit Graal, what was the one thing you took with you that you were happy you played for; the friends I met, hours of fun gameplay or nothing at all and this game will never bring anyone satisfying gameplay!
I can't decide between friends and hours of fun gameplay.
