Eesh. I should have scouted out a little before making that post. If you go all the way to the left, and then up until you're at the coast right next to the castle, there's a few Pirate characters sporting some, erm, mildly unfinished bodies. 
Still, the tailor shows that at least one body is finished.

Actually, upon scanning through various 2k2 ganis in Graalshop, I'm pretty sure those errors are just due to the new body format, very similar to what happened when the new bodies were introduced to 2k1. I trust Kamuii on this one.
