Known Voice Chat bugs

Post all Voice chat bugs here...
here are a few me and Konidias discovered:
When two people are talking, one gets cut out..It doesn't do that on other games such as Counterstrike..Its like a phone, they can both talk at once.
When someone is using voice chat, and someone uses an instrument at the same time, it gives a Bad compression Error |
