Since I do not have the time to go through every post in this thread, I want to ask a question.

Since accounts that were previously upgraded (like my own), they will be bumped up because we have payed the $15 fee already.

With the upgrade that that includes, will accounts such as mine, previously upgraded and now run out, be able to access the forums once more?
And I think I interpreted the announcement correctly, but just making sure.
This upgrade accounts for those who are registered now, but also to those who have registered before, and now have had their accounts run out. Right?
